Mr. Reaume’s practice encompasses both litigation and transactional work. He has extensive experience negotiating multi-million dollar construction contracts for complex projects, and his pragmatic approach ensures that his client’s risks are allocated intelligently.

The majority of Mr. Reaume’s practice is focused on litigation. As a litigator, his extensive background in research and writing make him particularly effective at law and motion practice. He consistently incorporates the cost of litigation into case strategy and actively works to resolve, rather than aggravate, the problems faced by his clients.

Mr. Reaume has an insider’s understanding of construction because his family history is steeped in the industry. He has worked for both commercial and residential construction companies in operational capacities and understands the issues that contractors face from an on-the-ground perspective. This background informs how he counsels his clients with regards to insurance coverages, management best practices, and operational efficiencies

Prior to joining McInerny-Dillon Mr. Reaume owned Wallace Legal, a boutique law firm in Sacramento that focused primarily on construction litigation.

Mr. Reaume has also worked as in-house counsel at City Constructors, Inc., a commercial construction firm in Los Angeles. His role there encompassed a wide range of duties, including resolving employment and construction disputes, corporate formation and management matters, and enterprise risk analysis.

Mr. Reaume has also worked as a statistician in Afghanistan and in finance for the state of California. His diverse career background and education allow him to understand problems from multiple angles and inform how he constructs solutions for his clients.
