Ms. Wilson concentrates in construction law representing general contractors, subcontractors, sureties and public entity owners in many types of disputes and litigation arising from public works construction projects and private development projects.

She has represented contractors involved in bid protests, prosecuted and defended contract claims involving extra work, delays, inefficiency, acceleration and prompt payment claims, licensing issues and disgorgement. She has represented clients in state and federal courts, AAA and OAH arbitrations. Ms. Wilson joined McInerney & Dillon in 1998
